Once this is done it would have been the third time this bass has been refinished, but I am sure that at some point I might decide to leave it alone.

Late last year I decided to go out to see if I could buy a new machine head for this bass as one of them was getting a little stiff, went to local music store and asked for a drop 'D' tuning machine head, they guy told me sorry don't have such a thing in stock but we do happen to have a Yamaha Ltd Ed bass with one on it.

This gallery is of my new Billy Sheehan Ltd Ed Yamaha Attitude II Bass, it is a strange bass to play and get used to as the neck is much fatter than the likes of Fenders etc. . ., but has a very good range of sounds and a Hipshot™ drop 'D' tunning machine head which I still haven't had a use for yet.

I am currently practising a set of some 30 songs as I working along with a band and they are hoping for me to be ready to play by the end of April, although a lot of work it will be well worth it. I will add tracks to this site as and when I am able to record them but for your pleasure or pain here is some I have done with I guy Darren I now who plays for another band.
